At the beginning of January, we are working in the northern Rhône region.
A pleasant surprise and the first (admittedly minimal) snowfalls in Larnage, as we set off to visit the vineyards from which our two Crozes-Hermitage cuvées are made: Panisse et Augustine.
When the vineyard is resting, it's the perfect time to prepare blends and taste the 2023 vintages currently being aged in vats and barrels.
