Our barrels of vacqueyras rouge Marius 2021 have been racked and assembled in preparation for bottling tomorrow (August 30, 2023). A reorganization will also make room for an additional half-muid.
We like working with this 500-liter volume, which doesn't leave too much of a mark on the wines with the wood, and favors an interesting contact surface when aging on lees.
