Methods of collecting personal data

The information collected through the Site is recorded in a computer file by the Publisher. Personal Data concerning you will be processed for the following purposes:

  • The provision of content on the Site;
  • The investigation of any request made by Visitors and using the contact and comment forms provided on this Site;
  • Statistical evaluation of the Site traffic;
  • Sending a newsletter on the latest news from the Publisher;

Processing and storage of personal data

The Publisher retains Visitors' Personal Data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing, unless the Visitor has authorised the Publisher to retain his/her data for future use.

Visitors' personal data will be kept until they withdraw their consent or exercise their right to object.

Cookies

If Visitors leave a comment on the Site, their name and e-mail address are stored in cookies. These cookies are intended to make things easier for Visitors, so that they do not have to provide their details again when they leave another comment. These cookies have a lifetime of one year.

If the Visitor goes to the login page, a temporary cookie will be created in order to determine whether their browser accepts cookies. It does not contain any personal data and will be deleted automatically when the browser is closed.

If the Visitor uses the Site's contact form, the personal data that has been indicated is also stored in cookies for a period of one year.

Subcontractors and integrated content from other websites

The Publisher may have recourse to technical service providers when processing data. Some of the Publisher's service providers may operate in countries outside the European Union.

In order to respect the privacy of Visitors, the Publisher ensures that the level of protection of their data is guaranteed in accordance with the regulations in force, in particular by verifying that the country to which the data is sent offers adequate protection in accordance with the regulations in force. For more information on the management of cross-border data flows, you may contact the Publisher at the address provided in the Site's Legal Notice.

The pages of this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the Visitor had visited those websites.

These websites may collect data about the Visitor, use cookies, integrate additional third-party tracking and monitor the Visitor's interaction with this integrated content.

The rights you have over your data

In accordance with current regulations, you have the right to object to and limit the processing of your Personal Data, as well as the right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your Personal Data.

You also have the right to instruct the Publisher as to what should happen to your Personal Data after your death.

Labadens

range of organic wines from the Rhône valley

Labadens (n,m)

Comrade, companion or classmate. This name appeared for the first time in a play written by Eugène Labiche, l'affaire de la rue de Lourcine in 1857.
We are two labadens oenologists, wishing to produce wines of quality resulting from a tailor-made, small batch wine making. We pay particular attention to local grape varieties that are sometimes neglected and to organic farming.
